1. How long are the birthday parties?
Each party is up to two hours and 2 hrs. 30 minutes (150 min.)
2. Where are you located?
We are located at A&D Tutoring, 16412-100 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB
3. What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a 100% refund up to 30 days prior to the party. The full payment is due on the day of the Birthday party.
4. What does the host of the party need to supply?
You are responsible for bringing the food to the birthday event and anything else you think your birthday child and their guests would enjoy.
5. What if more kids than I initially paid for show up on the day of the party?
We ask that you have a final number approximately 5 days before your party date. In the case where extra children arrive they can be paid at the start of the party.
6. Do the kids get to keep what they built?
We have a few options where the children can keep what they build. Please inquire about details here.
7. Are we required to supervise the children during the activity?
Supervision and safety of the children is our concern. We ask that the guardian(s) of the birthday child remain at the facility.
